PRE-PAYMENT FAQ

Quick FAQ:

1) Pre-Payment and/or Payment Plans are NOT required. You can simply show up to your Session + get your Image Reveal and pay in full within 1 week, however you will not receive any Bonuses that are offered for the Pre Payment or Payment Plans.

2) Payment Plans are not offered after your session. If you choose not to Pre Purchase or do a Pre Session Payment Plan, you MUST pay in full the day of your Session OR within 7 days of your Image Reveal.

3) Bonuses are ONLY for Pre Payment or Pre Session Payment Plans. If you pay in full the day of your Session + Image Reveal, you will not be able to take advantage of the Bonuses. If you upgrade at your Image Reveal, additional Bonuses are also not redeemable.

4) Bonuses are only valid for clients who either A) Pay in Full for a Collection 30 days prior to their session or B) Complete a Payment Plan in full prior to their session. 

5) If you upgrade your package at the ordering appointment, no additional bonuses will be applied, so please keep that in mind when choosing your package for the pre session payment plan or purchase!

What are the payment options regarding the purchasing of my images? 

Every client is offered a Pre-Session Payment Plan that can start as early as the day of booking their session and can extend until the week prior to their session. We also provide our clients with Bonuses valued at over $1500 if they pre-purchase a Collection. Should you decline to set up a payment plan or pre-purchase a collection, you will simply wait till your Image Reveal following your session and pay in full for your purchase, however, you will not be able to take advantage of the bonuses.

Can I get a payment plan after the Image Reveal? 

No, we do not offer payment plans after the session. Payment plans are only available between the date of booking and the session date. 

What is a Pre-Session Payment Plan? 

Basically, how it works, is we either select a Collection or work within your budget and create a payment plan from that monetary amount. If there are 12 weeks before your session, for instance, you could choose to have your payment plan be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly for a set amount so that when your session date arrives, your order is paid in full. Payment plans are offered on amounts of $2000 or higher only. Pre-Session Payment Plans are not refundable if you cancel your session or if you choose to spend less than the amount you financed.

What types of payment do you accept? 

We accept cash, credit/debit, PayPal, PayPal Credit. We do NOT accept checks. For Payment Plans, it must be credit/debit or PayPal Credit. 

*Online Image Reveals are open for 7 days. After 7 days the gallery will be archived, and no longer available for purchases. All files are deleted after 60 days.
